How to get photos off of your old cell phone?

I want to get photos off my old cell phone which no longer is in service...

Is it possible?

I have verizon...if that information is necessary.

Yeah. It didn't have a removable card or anything like that.

Okay just checking, do you utilize SIM cards? Or is service embedded into the phone?

No, Verizon doesn't use sim cards... embedded in the phone

I was gonna suggest using an inactive SIM to activate the phone, then transfer the memory, but that isn't possible now...

Is there anyway you could transfer service to the inactive cell?

Yeah, I could... but seems like a lot of work to transfer the service to that cell phone and then back to my current one. I was hoping there was an easier way.

I don't know, I think you have to bring it into the store... or maybe you can just call? The people you speak to on the phone are always incompetent. It's actually photos on my dad's old phone I'm after, and I'm not sure if he wants to do all that.
