Is 8 GB's of RAM good?

From what I've researched it's kind of good or, good?
I'm still looking for ways to make the internet faster. We might/probably upgrade the internet speed to 7 Mbps, which is better than I have now... but is 7 Mbps good?
Mbps means megabytes per. second, am I right?

RAM will not make your internet speed faster.
And 8 GB ram is good.

7Mbps is a pretty good speed, nowhere near horrible.

Pretty decent ;O Better than AT&T. I used to have AT&T and I got like 3Mbps x)

But now I have verizon, I hit 15Mbps speeds. Aweehh yeah.

RAM will decide how fast your computer goes while running so many applications at once. I got a 12 GB RAM recently, and my computer has no faults. Besides, most games require no more than 4 GB of RAM anyway, so you should be fine and able to run most things with ease.

By the way, if you have 7 mbps, your internet will be pretty nice. If it's 100-200 kbps, then you would have really slow internet. XD

it depends on what you plan on doing. For intense work like Photoshop/Design/3D/Graphics, it is very good. For gaming also its great, but if you plan on using your computer only for emails/chat/data entry/neopets/music, then 4 GB should be good. You may also want a nice video card and a decent CPU
